Very sad that such a young man will pass away probably at the point of his glory. May God rest him. But I want us to take our eyes off govt for a minute and focus on the people that drive these vehicles.

They are very reckless, speed without thought and in some cases force oncoming vehicles off the road because they want to overtake. The transport operators must be regulated. How can you be going at 120km/h on a bad or winding road?
