I heard this man was very wicked and heartless in those days.

I really don't know him so much, but I remember how the young man who contested against him was assassinated, and the deceased's wife was later fielded against Arthur Nzeribe. She eventually loosed at the polls.

During elections he has a ballot box and he writes election result and give to INEC.
