Neymar Jnr. is very much on his way to Paris St. Germain if all things go well in the next few days. The main obstacle to that move is interestingly not coming from his present team (F.C. Barcelona) but from the European Football Authorities who have rules in place to ensure that the transfer market is financially sanitized.

As it stands, F.C. Barcelona seem resigned to the fact that one of the famous MSN trio is on his way out of the squad especially since Neymar did the needful at Wednesday’s training by personally informing his club mates and the team’s management of his wish to move to PSG as soon as possible.
