Tade, a smart Nigerian who was brilliant within this sphere of practice. He received acknowledgements on-the-job and he felt he owned his world. This was a sure promise of job security. With the accolades and open deferring of issues to him for solutions, Tade’s thought was one who was immune to job loss.
