I need somebody to help me out of this mess everytime i want to study i always feel sleepy and tired but when it is time to jist and make noise i am always active can someone tell me my problem and the solutions now.

maybe u're not cut out for school, could go learn a trade. when ur mechanic/carpenter boss hits u almost everyday with a spanner/hammer. you may get used to staying awake. Or you may just need deliverance

I think the problem is u,u need to be determined nd focused,always put it in mind that u are reading 4 a purpose and that u are not reading 4 sum1 else.remember say ur mama nd papa put u in school 4 u to beter ur life nd become greater than them.also remember that fine girls nd boys no dey marry or friend dullards.remember that u are reading 4 ur own 'beterment' remember that in future ur children will ask questions,remember that to be ontop u hav to read.pari ise no dey help it has an aftermath effect,believe in urself ,i perceive u dnt like ur present situation nd want to change.procastination is very bad nd being lazy also. just change the way u think nd u will see result.i used to be a victim until i was challenge by a lady since then i change my perspective,nd recognised that my 2moro is in my hands.that was it.nd i never regreted it nd reading became my pass time.

ur problem is that u read only wen u fill like & u don't know that 2 achieve any ting in dis life, u must hav 2 sacrifice pleasure or convinience & ur personal will.

In my first year in school, there used to be a guy in my class who sleeps during lectures-he always complain about it but we all thought he wasn't serious academically, Later, we discover that this guy is getting "pup up" (as in fat)we all thought it's a sign of good living, and after the session break, we heard the sad news that this guy is no more, He died as a result of kidney disease.

phemmy88 you want this guy to die of hypertension. I'm sure his heart was not in his body while reading this

I don't mean to hurt him in anyway. He shouldn't just take it for granted. .
I just feel bad anytime i remember about the incident, we see all this symptoms in him but nobody take note. ,even himself didn't. He was one of my best friend then,
