Head Technical Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process for all aspect involving the delivery of internal and external branding products/projects to the customers. 
• Ensures that the correct technical and design specifications are obtained from the client and that production is carried out in accordance with the client specifications. 
• Responsible for quality control and technical advice to the branding teams on material specifications and material management.
• Work with the Customer Relationship Management team, providing technical after sales support and advice to customers as may be required from time to time. 
• Responsible for procuring, managing and distributing inventory, management of stock control processes to ensure the receipt and effective utilization of goods delivered.
• Directly responsible for determining production timelines and responsible for the efficiency of the production processes.
• Responsible for the provision of timely feedback to the branding & design teams concerning the status of production whilst ensuring enquires and complaints are addressed.

Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering
• Certification in project management would be an added advantage
• 6-8yrs relevant experience, the last 3 of which should have been at Management level in a similar role
