Busuyi Ajibola, a middle-aged man has been sentenced to two months imprisonment for stealing cobs of maize worth N1,000 by An Akure Magistrate court.

The Offence by the convict was said to have been committed at Ago Ego on Idanre Road, Akure, the capital of Ondo State on 30 of July, 2017.

Thieves like this should just be made to sweep the police station for about 3 hours and be freed (humiliation), what he stole is just a basic need.

Just for stealing maize cobs those that have stolen millions of naira are still free, moving and walking. It's a shame that we even have a constitution. What happened to the so called 'principle of equality' that i was taught in school.
