Passing JAMB is one think, passing WAEC is another thing, but let me tell you something, you having the ability to further your education is another, you are wondering why am saying all these, hmmmnn, I ll tell you the reason dont worry.

According to a post shared on Facebook by Rariya, a young man identified as Shitu Abdullahi, might be unable to further his education in an institution of higher learning despite him excelling in his JAMB and WAEC exams.

Abdullahi scored a total of 306 out of 400 in JAMB, while making a total of six A1s and three B3s in WAEC. Do you think it is easy to have these kind of result. This guy is brilliant, he has a brilliant mind but unfortunately for him, he is unable to further his education.

He (Abdullahi) hopes to attend an institution of higher learning, his schools of choice were Bayero University, Kano, Kano state (1st choice, and hopes to study mathematics), Jigawe state polytechnic, Dutse, Jigawa state (2nd choice, and hopes to study statistics)

Abdullahi who hails from the Malam Maduri local government area in Jigawa state, Nigeria, might have to end his education at secondary school level, because his parents cannot afford to see him through a university.

Rariya shared his story which was entirely written in Hausa, soliciting for help on his behalf, so as not to let his brilliance go to waste.

So if you have the opportunity of studying in an higher institution, please use the opportunity wisely.
