Being the executive governor of Delta state didn't stop Dr Okowa from attending to himself at a petrol station.

Where he could have allowed the filling station attendants perform their usual duties while opting to sit back in the comfort of his car, the governor chose to come down to fuel his car by himself, much to the admiration of a crowd which quickly gathered.

While some say he was randomly providing the services for himself, some said he was only commissioning the opening of the filling station somewhere in his state.
