Superstar Musician, David Adeleke better known as Davido is no doubt, one of the blessings to fall on the Nigerian Music Industry. Being a son to a billionaire Dad, it looked rather strange that Davido would decide to thread his path in music after dropping out of school twice to focus on music. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America, Davido relocated to Lagos at a young age after it was discovered that his love for music was greater than his love for books and university. At that time, He was studying Business Administration at Oakwood University before his relocation to Lagos state. In Nigeria, Davido focused fully on his music passion and decided to broaden his knowledge about music production. This he did with the help of his Dad. Thus, Davido can be described as a successful musician and producer.
Fast forward to 2017, Davido is a popular musician, successful artiste and a proud ambassador of African Music. His two music albums (Omo Baba Olowo and The Baddest) have been a collection of hit songs throughout his 7-year career as a musician. His EP (Extended Play), Son of Mercy, which he released in 2016, had also garnered massive feedback and acceptance in the music scene both home and abroad.
