Ozubulu Massacre Is Linked With Anambra Gubernatorial Elections - Ads4*nairablog by iblog: 12:23am On Aug 08, 2017
The 6th of August, 2017 will be ever remembered as the darkest Sunday. This is a day the biggest sacrilege was committed in the holy sanctuary of God. An atrocious human activity known to happen in the core north of Islamic societies, where the Fulani and Hausa jihadists reign supreme has just happened in our most peaceful Igbo society. The Ozubulu church massacre is a culture that can not be identified with the Igbo nation.

Now, we are not only disturbed that more 25 innocent church worshippers were murdered in cold blood, but also more worried by the rapidity at which the law enforcement agents came out with their investigations and hurriedly concluded that the killer attack in the church was a dirty squabble between brothers in Ozubulu.

This hasty assertion from the government source is not only doubtful, it is also grossly suspicious. How did they come out with this questionable conclusion hours after the incident? Were they aware of the trouble between these brothers before the massacre? Who gave this information to the police since the news of the massacre also proved that the gunmen were neither identified nor apprehended? From which source did the police originate their conclusion? It is very important Nigerians are informed of the authenticity of the police source.
this situation report claimed the attack was targeted at the state governor, Dr Willie Obiano. This is dangerous and unacceptable. Many discernible persons have linked these ugly and barbaric happenings to the desperation of Anambra political gladiators and the horrendous and murderous activities of the Fulani herdsmen. This atrocious killing of innocent citizens can not be left with mere speculations by the indifferent attitude of our security officials.

Those, who claim to be Igbo leaders must prove their competence in the excavation of the truth surrendering the massacre of Igbo worshippers in the Catholic church in Ozubulu. 72hours later, after the tragedy all the political candidates of 2017 Anambra gubernatorial elections, aspiring for one political position or the order, has all turned Access Specialist and Maternity Teaching hospital Nnewi to their campaign ground.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WHERE KILLED?

This is clearly a massage to Anambra people. That even the media has not being able to round up uniformity in number of deaths after investigative journalism was carried.

The people of Anambra state have being scared by this unholy act of these so called gunmen. The Igbo people demands a substantial Intel that has lead to the sources of informations security operatives has given to the Igbo's and Nigeria to consum.
