Our Client, a Real estate and housing financing company with its headquarters in Lagos requires suitable individuals to fill the following vacancies.

1)Sales Representatives

JOB DESCRIPTION

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct marketing.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services
Create frequent review and reports with sales and financial data
Negotiate or close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team to achieve set goals.
Report daily on daily activity and achievement

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS :
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Minimum OND in any discipline

2) BUSINESS MANAGERS

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Developing a clear strategy to sell the products of the company
Managing and reporting on the sales and marketing activity of a team of between 5-10 sales representatives
monitors marketing and sales performance of his/her team and give recommendations
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct marketing.

must be able to work with minimal supervision
Proven track of successful sales record
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
MS Office familiarity
leadership and organisational skills
Experience in a real estate firm or marketing department of a financial institution will be an added advantage
Academic/professional qualifications in a relevant field is desired
Ability to drive is an added advantage.

3 RECEPTIONIST

JOB SPECIFICATION.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media marketing
Answering telephone calls, Emails and chats for enquirers. and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
Welcoming visitors to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel.
prepare slides for presentation and training
Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates.
Assisting with the maintenance of social media accounts.
Preparing and emailing a report on weekly activities to agents.
Updating Listings.
Distributing mail, faxes and overnight packages to the appropriate parties.
Overseeing the general appearance of the office,


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS :
2-3 years work experience in a similar capacity
Minimum Qualification BSC.
proficiency in Microsoft office suite is especially power point and excel is a must
A considerable numerical and analytical skill is desired
must have good interpersonal and communication skills and should be good looking.
must be familiar with marketing and networking on social media
