Seeking N120m when you are doing just 10 million in yearly revenues is a no brainier. That is like 30 thousand naira in sales daily. An average Mama put seller in a not too busy location does more than 30k daily.

Review your numbers if you are serious about getting funded. Plus you'd get interests only when you can prove that your model that your model is unique and it can scale considerably.

And the fact that you opted to post this on Politics section is a pointer to a not too good trait on how you run your biz.

However, business models vary for different businesses, which is determined by internal & external factors. When we refer to Business models, we are simply talking about how the business makes money & there are few...i.e direct selling, Franchise, Multi-level marketing etc. Not necessarily unique, Another company would have used or currently using the model. Instead, the product must be unique in terms of the problem it solves & must be scalable .

Revenue of #10.2m & seeking funds of #120m.. Yes sir. Please note that there are companies that got funded with no record of revenues. Its all about valuation & precisely how much needed for due expansion/growth.

Majority of the funds will go into acquiring assets that are directly involved in revenue generation. Simply said, if 5 machines produce 500 bags of pure water daily, obviously 30 machines will produce 3000 bags.. The question should be," Is there a market for the 3000 bags "?? In our case which is logistics & transportation, YES, the market is large & business model is proven. Previous revenue is not the determinant in our kind of business, rather it validates the business model.

Finally, why is this post in politics?? In business there's need to identify & understand your potential market, that's why banks & real estate firms seek big potential customers in classy social gatherings, they dont stick to adverts alone.
