If you actually follow sports (not just football in this case) you will know that some players improve. Look at Pogba, Salah, Matic..Lukaku also was a Chelsea reject.

Wit Yaya Toure's ability, pep still leaves him on d bench. Lukaku never had d chance to prove himself at chelsea(check his appearance).bt Everton gave him playing time..dats why he proved his ability.
