Please help. My Tecno Android phone only play sound when i try to play Facebook and whatsapp videos online. Please I will appreciate any solution to this problem. Thanks..

You have not granted the midia player the necessary permission,check the app information through setting/apps and locate the midia player to grant ppermission

check to see if do not disturb is activated....if it is on Android lollipop above

I have checked there. But nothing is modifiable there. Besides it happens when chrome is used to login as well.
