A new e-solutions company located in Abuja and set up to manage Internally generated revenue collections(IGR) for Federal government Institutions is currently recruiting both top and middle management positions for the company.
HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UNIT
Job Objectives:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, niche markets and new service and product offerings
• Continuously evaluating and improving the performance metrics of ailing offerings in line with corporate targets.
Supervises: Business Analysts
Job Specification/Required skills and competency:
• A first degree in a reputable higher institution
• A minimum of 5-8 years in the business/product development unit of a reputable organization or challenging position in one of the Big consulting environments
• A minimum of 2-3 years position as head of a product development team or project leader on a strategy related project in the consulting firm
• Good knowledge of the financial services and electronic payment industry
• Relevant training/skills in strategy/marketing/ etc gained from reputable global organizations
• Proven track record of success in products/services development/redevelopment
• Effective leadership and management skills
• Business case analysis and business plan development
• Good project management skills

• Ability to speak Hausa, Yoruba is an advantage

HEAD, BRAND & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT UNIT

Job Objective

• Supervising the development, implementation and monitoring of company’s brand architecture strategies
• Supervising the implementation of company’s brand and advertising programs in line with overall corporate objectives
• Developing and rolling out effective communications and awareness strategies aimed at ensuring the overall adoption and penetration of company’s offerings

Supervises: Communication Officers

Job Specification/Required skills and competency
• A good first degree from a reputable university
• Relevant training/skills in brand and image management/business development etc gained from reputable global organisations
• A minimum of 6–8 years experience in brand and image management/advertising/business development in a reputable organisations
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience as head of brand and image management/advertising/ business development in a reputable organisations
• Proven track record of success in the advertising/branding of service offerings or fast moving consumer items
• Effective management and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Good knowledge of best practices marketing branding, and advertising trends
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to speak fluent Hausa is an added advantage


ACCOUNTS/FINANCE MANAGER
Job Objective:
• Provide financial advice to management,
• Prepare budget, costing and revenue projection for all business line
• Implement and direct all financial transactions,
• Establish appropriate financial controls and financial analysis.

Job Specification/Required skills and competency
• A minimum of B.Sc/HND Accounting/Finance.
• 5-6years cognate experience in a financial management role
• Must be a chartered accountant
• Must be able to use two or three accounting software (peachtree inclusive)
• Audit and processing background experience required.
• Must be a good team player
• Must have excellent creative and problem solving skills
• Must have leadership skills
RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS
Job Specification/Required skills and competency
• A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3years cognate experience as a relationship officer/marketer
• Excellent business development and negotiation skills
• Must be computer literate
• Result-oriented and a go-getter.
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Ability to speak Hausa is an added advantage
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Job Specification/Required skills and competency
• A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Administration or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3years cognate experience as an administrative officer
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have sound planning and organizing skills
• Result-oriented and a go-getter
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Should be able to work in and provide support for a team

• Must have excellent customer service orientation and sound communication skill
• Must be presentable and friendly
• Must have good organizing skills
• Must be able to speak fluent english
PROFESSIONAL SECRETARY
Job Specification/Required skills and competency
• A minimum of B.Sc/HND in Secretarial studies or administration.
• A minimum of 5-6years as a secretary or administrative officer
• Must be proficient in all computer packages
• Have a minimum typing speed of about 50wpm
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Must be able to speak fluent english
