Why the unnecessary confusion on their application portal for the 2017/2018 recruitment into Nigerian Navy?

It was clearly stated on their website the date for submission of documents by applicants and the date for the aptitude test which is sometimes in October but they have conducted the aptitude test on Saturday 12th of August across the nation with many applicants unaware of the change in date because it was not communicated to any of us.

I hope this post would get to the notice of some of their top officers and officialls and they would be able to justify their reason for the change in date the and the reasons why it was not communicated to all applicants
