You know the unserious ones wen u see them, if Tom call, asking price is 10m, if Harry call, is 12m, if johnbull call is 9m, no serious people have time to call anyone just to ask price of wat he might end up not interested in the asking price. This types of seller don't have asking price, they try to squeeze as much as they can from u, depending on how they perceive u

Me sef could not comprehend. .. Smart people sell wat they wanna sell fast with best price possible and move on to next sale, not going back and forth on a ride... No time, time is money

Alright, in simpler terms:
Mr A calls the seller and the seller gives him a price.
Mr A decides to tell Mr B to call the seller, The seller still gives Mr B same price.
Now my point is, of what benefit will it be to the seller to keep for bin inconsistent in his price? of course the seller will be the one to lose out cus he isnt straight. Hope you get my point.
I am not a dealer who is confused. I see people who go the extra mile to call or text as interested buyers. I have gotten calls for the said ride and calls for the said ride and even a swap option.
This rocks my boat and i am cool with it.
