Tusen Consulting Limited (formerly Adecco Tusen Consulting) is recruiting for a major manufacturer and distributor of food supplements to more than 20 countries around the world.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Country Manager is expected to lead the company's growth and expansion in the Nigerian market. Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the direct sales market and the nutritional supplements market. Develop and execute a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and distributor growth for the organization. Lead recruitment and expansion of Distributor base through sales support, events and training. Oversee company operations to insure quality, service, cost-effective management of resources and overall support of Distributor base.

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing; +10 years’ experience in Management, Sales, Customer Service, Consumer goods, and Administration preferably within multi-national or other major company of substantial size and turnover with later years at executive level.
