i used uc web browser around 3 a.m. and it went

Only UC browser can. access it on Android phones And make sure you are using a mobile network, not WiFi (from my experience)

Please I applied for these same scholarship last year and now I wanted to apply its telling me that have applied already

Lol when I was applying yesterday, na 2015/2016 dem put there Oh. And that's my year of admission.. .
Although some people told me that later on they saw 2017/2018 lol.. .
People that haven't even gained admission yet.
