NSE: All-share Index Bleeds 994.22 Points And Loses N342.68 Billion by stelruby: 7:09pm On Aug 16, 2017


NSE All-Share Index (ASI) shed 994.22 points to close at 36,102.38 with 224.8 million shares exchanged in 4,822 deals for a total of N5.1 billion

Nestle led the gainers’ table with a gain of N11.90 to appreciate to N1,220 per share while Dangote Cement led the losers’ table with a loss of N11 to close at N214 per share.

The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) All-Share Index (ASI) shed 994.22 points to close at 36,102.38 as against 37,096.60 points recorded on Tuesday 15 August 2017. The index constricted by 2.68% with market capitalization losing N342.68 billion to close at N12.44 trillion versus N12.79 trillion recorded on Tuesday.
