It's manatee, caught in orashi river yesterday by a young man along the ekpeye axis. According to the local chief, part of the fish will be sold to the public interested while the remainder will be used for the coming yam festival happening soon.

A manatee is not a fish. It is a mammal. Fishes lay eggs mammals give birth- except oviparous mammals like the platypus.
