Don't dignify the guy with 'robber' status. This one is a common battery thief!
Petty thieves ran away from Imo capital and have been making people outside the state capital sleepless. Imo governor bought 20 police patrol cars to police only the state capital. IG of Police thanked Gov. Okorocha and said, quote: "the patrol cars shall make people of Imo State sleep with two eyes closed." unquote. Just like Okorocha had since redefined Imo state, the IG also redefined Imo state to become Owerri.
