THE DEATH OF A MASJID IS A BLOW TO EVERY UPRIGHT MUSLIM!

The Jamaa'a of Imaam Hassan Memorial Central Masjid wish to inform through this medium the entire Muslim Ummah the pitiful situation they have found themselves.
The Jamaa'a started to observe the five daily solawaat in the Masjid around September, 2002 which was built by a Muslim brother (May Allaah reward him immensely).
Back then the Masjid was obscure, as in, difficult to locate due to its smallness and the topography of the land upon which it was built even made it more obscure.
Allaah willing, the jamaa'a of the Masjid started from as little as three to four people calling themselves towards Qur'aan and sunnah through several sittings of knowledge and the setting up of Islaamic and Arabic studies for Muslims.
Allaah thereby brought more hearts towards the truth through the sincere struggle of this jamaa'a.
Then the smallness of the Masjid began to become apparent as it couldn't contain people during the Jumu'a service thereby necessitating a compulsory extension.
The Jamaa'a of the Masjid indeed struggled Allaah willing to donate personally and they invited other Muslims far and wide to assist in the rewarding project.
The small Masjid was therefore dismantled and rebuilt. It was reconstructed from FOUNDATION due to the road expansion to the one storey building it is today.
Unfortunately, during the days of the last ramadaan 1438 A.H, equivalent to June/July 2017; the struggle of this Jamaa'a was given a negative blow by the father of the Muslim brother who constructed the Masjid shortly after his death.
What actually happened
The father of the Muslim brother who built the Masjid and also the owner of the land upon which the Masjid was built decided suddenly that the Imaam of this Masjid should vacate his position.
What did he say the current Imaam did?
This man said in the presence of Chief Imaam of Egba Land that the reason is simply because the family desires to use the Masjid for a reason known to them.
His statements in the presence of the Chief Imaam made it apparent that they actually wanted to use the masjid for a purpose known to the family.
Unfortunately, the Chief Imaam refuted his statements and reprimanded him for his actions.
Thereafter, he ruled that the man should allow the current Imaam of the Masjid and the Jamaa'a to find another place before their vacation from the Masjid.
However, the man and his family have not stopped making lots of threats and playing many tricks.
We therefore write this little treatise with a painful heart to the entire Muslims seeking their indulgence in rescuing the pitiful situation the Jamaa'a of this Masjid have found themselves.
More so, the Jamaa'a of the Masjid have gotten a land worth 12 million naira to construct their own masjid.
However, the Jamaa'a are currently handicapped as they are just coming out of the large expense of the newly constructed masjid they are being sent packing from.
So, they need your humble assistance to secure the land first.
Note: The land actually cost 20million naira but the owners after hearing about the pitiful condition of the Jamaa'a decided to assist by reducing the money to 12million naira.
Dear honored brethren! If 12,000 Muslims contribute 1,000 naira each, they will have Indeed assisted Allaah willing in pulling the Jamaa'a out of their pitiful condition.
