I used to chop suya so much before I even approach the place the guy know my order! I miss suya so much I'm goin 2 try 2 make it myself,even though I've tasted suya down here but it doesn't taste the same. |

To anyone who cares to listen I will swear I do not eat meat. Why must I with all its attendant bad press. I avoid it in my meals. Suya! wow! it'd be totally wrong to say meat and suya in the same breath. One is not the other. I love love suya. My mother used to keep some till the day after and at breakfast heats it up in a large pan where we eat right off the pan. these days I use the spread, the pepper to eat my rice. dont say yuk say zenatta I'll try it. |

My only issue is hygiene. Aboki will use the same hand and knife all day without washing to touch and cut suya. It's better I eat hotdogs now than suya
