Qualification: B.Sc Computer Science

PROJECT MANAGER
• Management of projects - initiation, planning, coordination of the execution, monitoring, reporting on the progress, management of project risks, coordination of the delivery, closure
• Manage Enterprise-wide projects.
• Contribution to the development and standardization of project management methodologies within the organization
• Regular review of project management procedures and documentations.
• Vendor Management / Negotiation / Procurement.
• Project documentation and archiving.
• Regular follow-up on project tasks and implementation team engagement.
• Execution of Ad-hoc assignments.
• Research into Strategic opportunities for the organization.
• Administration of Project Portfolio Office (PMO Tool)
• Continuous development of your project management competencies through participating in internal or external trainings, conferences, certification programs

Qualification: B.Sc Computer Science, Elect Elect, Project Management or related courses.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial or E – Payment industry


DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
• Database administrations and security managements on windows and UNIX platform
• Daily database backup for disaster recovery purposes and data life-cycle management
• Database instances and tuning at regular defined interval as pre-agreed with business
• Database critical patch updates at defined intervals according to Organizational policy
• Real-time data replication between primary and standby databases,
• Database events/performance reviews
• Incident and Problem manager for all database related events
• Business continuity for Enterprise services that use a database
• Review of routine task, administration of supporting software, database reporting
• Storage and capacity planning for all databases, storage and Computing resources
• Research emerging database technology,
Datacentre virtualization and consolidation for license optimization and cost reduction
Qualification: B.Sc in Sciences, Certification in Oracle database
Experience: 5-7 years experience in Financial or E-Payment industry or big corporates.


ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Account Payable Creditors Management
• Updating Account Payable Creditors Register
• Capturing of liabilities due to Vendors into Finance Application
• Preparing Monthly schedules for all Account Payables except merchant accounts
• Ensuring that Vendors are paid as at when due
Tax Management
• Ensuring that all Tax obligations(VAT,WHT & PAYE et.c) are met within the period specified by the relevant Tax laws
• Filling of Annual returns and Payment of Company income Tax
• Preparation and submission of PAYE annual returns
• Application and obtaining e-tax clearance certificate for all staff
Dollar Merchants Payments
• Scheduling of payment to USD merchants on-line
• Capturing of payment to USD merchants into Finance Application
• Dollar Customers Management. Ensuring that transfer requests for US Dollars are effected as soon as we received value in Naira
• Filing of SEC Returns ensuring that Quarterly returns are submitted to SEC within the period specified by law
• Staff Supervision - Responsible for Supervision of Treasury Accounts Staff
Qualification: Bsc Social Sciences, must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Experience: 5 -7 years
