The Nigerian Air Force Aircraftsman, Kalu Bernard Ayomide, who allegedly shot his girlfriend, Air Craft Woman (ACW), Oladipo Dorcas Sholape (A.K.A Shomzy), has been reportedly sentenced to death by hanging. The deceased, Shomzy(as she is popularly called), was shot dead at the Air Force quarters, Makurdi on March 12, earlier this year after she was suspected of cheating by her 22 year old military boyfriend, popularly known as Lieut. Kal. Kalu, who has been found guilty of charges leveled against him, has been convicted based on charges of murder, house breaking, attempt to murder one Samuel Onah Echo, failure to perform military duties, disobedient to standing order and loosing service property.
