Are there such natural things to do to prevent early ageing? Can we really get any anti-ageing tricks to help against ageing? Sometimes I wish I were 20 years younger; but no matter what it is, time waits for no one. Even at that, I might not be that young in age, but nothing stops me from being younger both inside and outside.

Take little but conscious steps to look good everyday with the following tips.

These following are simple anti-ageing tricks that can greatly help.

Quality sleep
Due to the many activities we may have engaged in during the day, we may form a habit of not turning to bed on time and still wake up so early the following morning. this is not good for our body.The only time our body can truly restore itself is when we are asleep. This was explained by Henry Lodge, MD, co-author of Younger Next Year for Women. It is very essential we make up for our sleep deficit by sleeping early enough and have a good eight-hour sleep and we should do this for at least six weeks straight. Sometimes, we have to pamper ourselves and skip the daily shows to avoid ageing too early or to reduce the effect of natural ageing on our body systems. Where we do this continuously for six weeks, we must feel a great difference in our body. This is one anti-ageing trick that may be difficult for every busy person. We must however note that to be effective in one’s work one needs that vigour and strength, thus, our quality sleep cannot be sacrificed.

Eat well to minimize to combat ageing
Eating well also helps combat ageing. We must start every meal with a fruit or vegetable and a tall glass of water. Loading up on the vitamins and antioxidants in fruits and veggies will make us feel refreshed, recharged, and re–energized. We must always avoid skipping dessert. 90% of our food choices should be healthy.

Engage in Exercise
The right kind of strength-training can help us feel 10, 20, even 30 years younger, says Bob Greene trainer and author of 20 Years Younger. This anti-ageing trick is very essential and it may require us sometimes to register at a gym for good physical exercises. Strengthening of the muscles helps the body and builds its stamina.
