Good morning nairalanders... Please I've come to report the atrocities of glo for their inefficiencies and extortion intents. I did subscribe for their 1k for 3.2gb plan at 100% rate about 15 days they promised and i was given.. So mistakenly i shared my data with a friend and he exhausted it all within 2days..very offensive and annoying I guess. Now i resubscribed this morning with the assurance that I'd get the same since it's not been up to a month and the promised three days ultimatum to resubscribe to keep on getting the 100% deal. But to my amazement i was given just 1.6gb...i need someone to help me with this.. I called their customer care they are just boring I'm sorry for the confusing subject. The need arose for it |
