Finally, Google introduced the latest version of the mobile operating system of Google is called Android 8 Oreo also known as Android O. The presentation of Android 8.0 Oreo is during the total solar eclipse on August 21 2017 in New York. The live video of the eclipse and the great revelation of Android O are on the Google site.

Android Oreo will be available for Pixel devices and some Nexus devices. This new version has a lot of changes in the store, ranging from renewed appearance to improvements under the hood, so there are a lot of new things to explore.

If you have a Google flagship, such as Galaxy S8, Huawei Mate 9, or OnePlus 3, 3T and OnePlus 5, you will have to wait a few months before Android reaches your phone. But if you’re curious about this new version, or if you have a Nexus or Pixel to test it, go ahead and review the new features and features of Android 8.0.
Features of Android 8.0 Oreo
1. UI redesigned:

There are not too many changes since Android 7.0 (Nougat) at the same time, in this beta update, the new elements and small changes in the Android user interface are remarkable.
2. Redesign settings menu:

Subtle dark gray text on a completely white background. Interestingly, the secondary navigation menu introduced in Android Nougat is gone, but all the different menus have been reorganized so that the configuration area is as simple and simple as possible.
3. Background Limitations:

Android Oreo helps minimize background activity in applications you use less, it’s the super power you can not even see.
4. Auto-filling:

With your permission, Autofill recalls your connections to introduce it into your favorite applications at supersonic speed.
Picture-in-Picture: allows you to view two applications at once, it’s like having a super strength and a laser vision.
5. Notifications Dot:

Tap notification notifications to quickly view new items and easily remove them by dragging.
6. Instant Android applications:

Directly transport to new applications from your browser without installation.
7. Improved File Manager:

The built-in Android file manager is not the best on the market, but it’s good to have a way to examine the files without having to install an additional application. Things are also looking because the application of files in Android Oreo has some makeup. It has not yet achieved functionality with applications such as Solid Explorer and FX File Manager, but at least it allows you to view, delete and open files.
8. Google Play Protect:

Work to keep your device and data protected from applications that are not working properly by scanning more than 50 billion applications per day, even those that you have not yet installed.
9. New Emoji:

Share the feelings with a completely redesigned emoji set. Google finally gave up balloon smiles in favor of the more traditional round, and most emoji now have a gradient applied to them.
10. Project Treble:

The biggest change to the fundamentals of Android to date: a modular architecture that makes it easier and faster for hardware manufacturers to offer Android updates.
11. Notification categories: –

A more detailed and coherent control on the notifications likely to appear and their intrusive nature.
12. Snoozing Notification:

Allows users to hide notifications over a period of time, similar to Snoozing in the Inbox.
13. Picture in Picture:

This function allows you to continue watching your video on any screen. In the same way that when you watch a video on youtube, you can limit the video and access another screen. On Android O, just press the start button and the video contracts in a mobile window. Video continues to play while opening other applications or doing anything other than the device.
14. Smart Text Selection:

copying a phone number, e-mail address, or phrase usually does not work very well, and you reverse the rollover with the selection bars at the correct location . This feature simplifies activities that require copying and pasting. The operating system could then perceive which application is best for the chosen string of characters with which it operates. Another illustration included the ability to present a phone number and explode directly on the marker.
15. Backup

The Android O comes with a programmed maximum to limit the application in the background. This will prevent some applications from running the battery and accumulating all their memory. The frame itself distinguishes an identifier that tells you that something is out of sight, similar to a search robot.

What do you think of the new features?
