There is the possibility the strike may linger as on as lecturers are totally opposed to the conditions set by the federal government. Notably audit of the recruitment of lecturers from 2016 to date, total staff audit exercise etc.

It's not the lecturers. Its the management of the schools. It will amaze you to know the turn out of management staff for this meeting. There is the possibility of of a backlash and loss of jobs if both parties continue with their stance.
