I am currently in search of a house to rent and was taken to frineds colony, the house was very good but the estate seems quite deserted with very few of the houses taken. Does anyone have any further info on the estate in terms of security, any legal issues etc. I would appreciate any info. Thanks.

it has being sold out but as u know with us nigerians (in a positive way, lol) all of the houses have being sold, most of the houses have just not being moved into yet,
the security is exceptional and it is a beautiful residential estate

for ure info, there is notting out of the ordinary wrong with the place , people are just finishing the interiors to their taste
