While i believe this forum to be the best/biggest in Nigeria, i feel that the banning process/procedure leaves more to be desired. i got banned on my username and got a notification that it was because i posted spam and i know i have not done anything of such. I was then led via a link to a support / complaints page where i logged on via my facebook details, its been 4 days and the issue is yet to be resolved and no one has got in touch to explain.
I think there should be a physical presence of moderators and not a total reliance on antispam software. Just my 2 cents.

Gossips dont work here. Create a thread in the Romance section or any other crappy place and you will get replies in a blink.
