The nuptial rings
Exchanged on the altar
Before God and His creators
Made of metal
That worth one's weight in gold
It's of earth shape
Calling the attention
Of all the wearers;
Love is an unending circle

The wedlock rings
Tell the world;
Husband and his eve
Comes rain and sun
Near or out of sight
Will remain together
And never part


And at that moment
When the groom slips
The ring through his bride's fourth-left finger
And the bride repeats same
To her right-man
Tell them and all the world

Let them know that
In the voyage of maritality
Everyday will not
Be Jesus's birthday
The wedding ring is symbol
Of love and fidelity
Faithfulness and commitment
Of a person to the wearer
