As a well concern rival like i myself,i believe barcelona high ranking is the big problem,because that i where are decisions are being concluded,so solution
1-all board members most be deserve with immediate effect.
2-they shd be decentralization of power,coaches shd be allow to hv a say in the affairs of the club....
