Average cost estimate to cultivate an acre is as follows:
1. Land FREE
2. Clearing + herbicide application 30k
3. Fertilizer, insecticides, weeding after 5 weeks, seeds and planting are your responsibility.
Note: We have these acres in phases 1, 2, 3 & 4 of our farm lacations.
All totaling 108 acres. First come, first served.
