this got me thinking, a citizen has a right to express his thoughts, ideas and believe so long as it is not provoking or inciting criminal activities. so my question is:Can a person or groups seek a break up as an legitimate right of their thought, so long it's not inciting criminal
activities is the process obtainable in this country,
will Nigeria put it into
plebiscite, to decide the choice of the people.
support your arguments/debate with facts. The ball has started rolling. Debate startsThank you

if 'yes' WHY, if 'no' WHY

There is right of self determination which means that any group of people can decide not to belong to a union or country. In other words, a people can 'withdraw' from membership of country.

What the problem has always been is the "method of withdrawing"
