This is just cheap blackmail. Against the Governorship aspirant (Tony Nwoye) and Arthur Eze I am not ignorant that such agreements usually exist, but the won't be silly enough to put it in an affidavit or legal binding documents. The mostly go diabolical in things like this. No Solicitor will be stupid enough to put his seal on such document, no Court registrar will approve such terms of agreement, it's clearly criminal and illegal.
