Police cadets of the Nigerian Police Academy, Wudil, yesterday presented relief materials to the Nigerian Red Cross, Kano chapter for onward delivery to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Borno State.
Speaking at the presentation, Cadet Fatima Idris Ash, stated that although they earn very little, cadets find it very important to help fellow Nigerians that are in need.
The chapter chairperson Dr Urwatu Yarima Balla stated that the society was impressed with the young cadet’s gesture.
