I am gonna just talk here about exercises that burn belly fat, however, want to reiterate that diet plays an extremely important role.
There are also some good diet plans like the one mentioned here which burns away belly fat quickly

Though there are many exercises that you would find on the internet claiming to be helpful in burning fat, here I have filtered out all those and have just included the best ones which really focuses on the belly muscles.

Here are the 5 exercises that can melt your belly fat when done consistently.

Cardio:
We all know we're supposed to do cardio exercise. We know it burns calories and can help us lose weight, but do we know why we really need to do cardio exercise?

That's not the only question you may have. There's plenty of confusion about what to do, how long to do it and how hard to work at it, making it hard to figure out just how to set up an effective cardio program.
