Tony Nwoye has emerged winner of the Anambra State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election. He will run against incumbent Governor Wille Obiano of APGA on November 18. Nwoye, a member of the House of Representatives and former NANS president, scored 2,146 votes to defeat his nearest rival, Senator Andy Uba who got 931 votes.read more here http://www.dayspringtv.net/1065-2/
