Giving the fund isn't the real problem but ensuring it serves it purpose is. If all the projects GEJ approved during his tenure were closely monitored and completed, I doubt his oppositions would have been as strong as they were in the election. Many governors deposited this funds into their personal accounts and up till now no attempt to question or ask them to account for the fund. |
