Many people have been treating a particular sexually transmitted disease for years, but the infection is still there.
My experience and research as a herbal therapist,I discover that the immune system that will fight the infection of some of this people is weak, hence STD remains.
Below are few natural things that will boost your immune system
1.Take one liter of water 30 minutes before eating in the morning, and another four liters before the end of the day.Making five liters of water a day.
2.Have atleast six to eight hours sleep.
3.Use more of honey than sugar.
3.Cook with ginger and garlic.Better if you eat them raw.
5.Eat lots of watermelon recipe.
6.All types of nuts
This are just few tips that will build your immune system.
