The Xperia XA1 Plus could be seen as a crossbreed between the XA1 and XA1 Ultra. At a glimpse, its specifications are not too surprising either, but the XA1 Plus boasts of a couple of enhancements which could make it more appealing to some consumers.

The handset comes the same MediaTek Helio P20 chipset and a 23 MP main snapper as found on both of its predecessors. It comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p LCD display which could attract users that are not content with the 5-inch 720p screen of the XA1 or the gigantic XA1 Ultra and its display diagonal of 6 inches.

The XA1 Plus sports a rather large battery, compare to Sony standards, a 3,430mAh battery keeping the lights on.
