The National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS) held a protest against the new examination cut-off marks set by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board(JAMB).

JAMB had last week released new cut-off marks as the minimum standard for admission into Federal, State and Private tertiary institutions in the country.

According to the admission board, universities are expected to admit applicants with a minimum score of 120 while other institutions were pegged at 100.

PoliticsNGR gathered that the protest was led by the National PRO of NANS, Odebunmi Idowu. Photos below;

Wait...
So u mean dat out of 400 marks sombori dat eats food cannot get minimum of 120 which less than 70% of half of the full mark

Dat is how one sombori i know was busy struggling with ordinary jamb

D ist year he got 32
2nd yr 44
3rd yr 18

I called him aside nd helped him start Okro business
Today he is happily selling Okro in Onitsha main market

ITS NOT BY FORCE TO GO TO SCHOOL
