The National association of resident doctors has just started a national total and indefinite strike today 4th September 2017. I sincerely hope the government and minister of health will do the needful and reduce the sufferings of the common Nigerians!

It just hurts to know that over 3years ago Nigerians suffered unduely because the power house of the tertiary centres went on a similar strike. It may surprise one that today's strike and that of 3 years ago have similar agitations. It's also important to note that these are under two different governments and ministers... Does this not show our attitude to healthcare as a nation?
