We are an E-Commerce/IT Logistics company with a sister firm which is into the Co-working space business based in Allen, Lagos, Nigeria. Our team is currently looking for freelance marketers with strong marketing, brand management skills who can help us increase our volume of business and who would be willing to accept 15% of the total volume of weekly sales or negotiable terms dependent on your KPI and Input. Knowledge of Data analysis and marketing research as well as excellent social media skills is required. Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Work will mainly consist of the following:
• Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
• Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
• Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans
• Advice on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues
• Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools
• Liaise with marketing department and external vendors
• Monitor marketing projects and analyse results
• Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas

Projects pop up on short notice, and we expect fast turnaround time.
