Reno Omokri has not given up on his social media rants about the Buhari-led administration. He recently posted on his Twitter account reminding Benue residents of how Buhari came down to Benue when he needed them the most (that was during the election campaign period) and he is nowhere to be found now when they need him the most. OP, what do you expect Buhari to go and do? Swim in the flooded streets? This is a natural disaster, the president has directed emergency agencies to start work, people are being evacuated where possible. Let's not be hypocritical, no sane person will go to a place of natural disaster talkless of a sane democracy sending their Commander in chief, may be when it's over Buhari might decide to visit, but for now let's all pray for the people there and not play politics with their predicament. |
