Any expectation of turning away another emergency in the wellbeing segment bombed, on Monday morning, as the National Executive Committee (NEC) of National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) ascended from its meeting, in Abuja, toward the beginning of today, voting in favor of aggregate and inconclusive strike.
