Hello nairalanders. Is it true that applicants for 2017 Post UTME all over the country must register with the National Population Commission birth certificate? Is it even true that some schools(e.g. FUTO, according to someone) require the National Population Commission birth certificate? Thank you. Lalasticlala, please move this to the fp. I need answers. |
